Role Description

Artific Creations is seeking a full-time Upwork Bidder for an on-site role based in Karachi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant project opportunities on Upwork, creating compelling proposals tailored to client needs, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring follow-ups, and coordinating with the internal design team to deliver excellent results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in writing and creating tailored proposals that align with project requirements
• Basic understanding of development, graphic design, branding, and digital marketing concepts
• Experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
