Online Bidding Specialist (Upwork & Freelancer)

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidding Specialist to join our digital agency team.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Please note that remote applications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply to relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer
• Write clear, professional, and customized proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate with potential clients and manage follow-ups
• Convert prospects into projects and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience with bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
• Strong proposal writing and client communication skills

Compensation:

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 150,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives
