
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Initiate conversations with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of software development services or digital products.
- Experience with lead generation tools or freelancing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
