We’re Hiring: Upwork Bidder (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Horbex is looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of Upwork bidding, client communication, and lead generation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects
• Write customized and compelling proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Generate quality leads and convert opportunities into projects
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
• Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Representative
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and lead generation
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, Design, or Software Services is a plus
