Upwork Bidder and business developer

We are hiring an onsite Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to bring international clients for our creative agency.

You will search for relevant projects, write custom proposals, handle client chats/calls, follow up with leads, and help close projects for branding, packaging, ecommerce, and design services.

Requirements:
1–3 years of Upwork/Fiverr/online bidding experience
Strong written English
Experience writing custom proposals
Ability to manage follow-ups and monthly targets
Must work onsite

Salary:
PKR 60,000–90,000 + commission

Hiring process

Start with a 2-week paid trial, not a full permanent hire immediately.

First, shortlist only people who share proof. Reject anyone who says “I can bring clients easily” but cannot show proposals, wins, or a process.

Second, give them a test. Send them 3 real Upwork job posts and ask them to write: one proposal, one short client reply, and why they picked or rejected each job. This will show you if they actually think like a bidder.

Third, interview them around numbers. Ask: “How many proposals per day?”, “What reply rate did you get?”, “How many calls per month?”, “What was your monthly closed revenue?”, “How do you avoid bad clients?”

Fourth, track performance for 30 days. Good early targets are:

Daily: 8–15 quality proposals, not spam
Weekly: 5–10 replies or meaningful conversations
Monthly: 2–5 calls and at least 1 closed project once the system starts working

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
