As an Upwork Bidder Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential projects, drafting tailored proposals, and managing client communications to secure new business opportunities. Ideal for candidates with prior internship or up to 6 months of experience in freelancing platforms or business development.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify suitable projects based on client requirements and company expertise.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and align solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales/technical team to close deals.

Requirements:

• Prior internship or 3–6 months of experience in bidding/sales.
• Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in business development.
