Barq Dev is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support our team in driving growth and developing new business opportunities.

Must Haves:

- Lead and deliver winning proposals on Upwork and B2B platforms to drive growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across software, SaaS, and IT services.

- Convert technical requirements into clear, compelling proposals.

- Collaborate with tech and design teams to align solutions with client needs.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

- Manage lead generation, outreach, and CRM pipelines effectively.

- Mentor junior team members and support BD training efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

- 1 -3 year experience in Business-Development role.

- Bachelor's in Compute Science, IT or related field.

- Good communication, presentation, and research skills.

- Strong in business development and client relationship management.

- Experienced on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn for lead generation.

- Proficient with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and performance tracking.

- Solid understanding of software, SaaS, and IT services markets.
