Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Upwork Bidder to manage our Upwork profile and generate business through effective bidding strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in proposal writing, client communication, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Search for relevant projects on Upwork and submit quality proposals
Write customized, client-focused proposals to win projects
Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Maintain and optimize the Upwork profile
Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding
Requirements:
06 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple bids daily
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal
