Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and result-oriented Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who understands how to turn proposals into revenue. This role requires a strong grip on Upwork’s ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently secure high-quality clients within the e-commerce domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork, specifically in Amazon Private Label and e-commerce services
  • Craft personalized, high-converting proposals and cover letters
  • Engage with prospects professionally to build trust and close deals
  • Optimize and manage Upwork profiles for maximum visibility and credibility
  • Strategically manage connects, budgeting, and bidding decisions
  • Continuously refine bidding strategies based on performance metrics
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions effectively

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Upwork platform (terminologies, bidding system, and algorithms)
  • Hands-on experience with connects budgeting, spend control, and ROI-driven bidding
  • Ability to confidently invest and manage a connects budget (approx. $600–700) with defined sales targets
  • Excellent written English for impactful communication and proposal writing
  • Proven ability to create and maintain compelling cover letters and optimized profiles
  • Prior experience working in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused agency
  • Solid understanding of Amazon Private Label, including product research, listing optimization, and basic PPC
