Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Upwork Bidder/Business Development Manager (BDM). The primary responsibilities include identifying and bidding on potential projects on Upwork, communicating with clients, writing compelling proposals, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking project outcomes, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver client satisfaction while meeting organizational growth targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling project proposals and business pitches tailored to client needs
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and building relationships
  • Market research and analytical abilities to identify business opportunities
  • Experience with online freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
  • Capability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
  • Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI/automation solutions or a background in sales/marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
