Upwork Bidder - Business Develpoment Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities on Upwork, submitting proposals, and securing projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for relevant projects on Upwork based on company services
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals to clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintain and update the Upwork profile regularly
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project delivery
  • Track and report bidding performance and success rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of freelancing platforms (especially Upwork)
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, SEO, Design, etc.)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Understanding of project management processes
