Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Upwork Expert to join our team with a proven track record to help us win more international projects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write highly professional and customized proposals for Upwork projects (Apps, Web Development, CMS, E-commerce, Graphics, UI/UX, SEO, Paid Ads.
• Collaborate with our in-house technical teams to draft accurate proposals and delivery timelines.
• Ability to generate leads for Apps, Web Apps, Website, SEO, Paid Ads, etc.
• Identify and bid on relevant jobs daily with a strong, success-oriented approach.
• Communicate with potential clients, clarify requirements, and schedule meetings as needed.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and closed deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Related Platforms with a strong portfolio of won projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills.
• Good understanding of Web Development, WordPress, CMS platforms, and Graphics projects, Apps, Web Apps, SEO, Paid Ads, etc.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve bidding targets.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong in client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
