Upwork Bidder for SaaS MVP & Web App Development Projects

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us win SaaS MVP and custom web app development projects.

We already have a strong Upwork profile with over $400k+ revenue generated and a solid technical portfolio in full-stack SaaS product development. Your job will be to find, write, and submit targeted proposals that match our expertise and help us grow further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant SaaS MVP, startup, and web platform projects on Upwork
• Write personalized, professional, and technically aligned proposals
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and qualify leads
• Coordinate with our tech team for accurate estimates and solution briefs
• Track, manage, and report proposal outcomes and client communications

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive
• Understanding of SaaS, MVP development, and web app terminology
• Strong written English and proposal writing skills
• Ability to identify high-value, long-term clients (not one-time jobs)
• Familiarity with project scoping, client communication, and CRM tracking

Preferred Skills:

• Background in software or web development agencies
• Understanding of technical terms like API, React, Node.js, AWS, etc.
• Experience writing proposals for SaaS, dashboard, or automation projects
• Proven success rate with client conversions

Compensation:

• Monthly fixed salary + bonus/commission for every successful project closed
