Upwork Bidder for selling programing services

Fiesta Consultants is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our in-house team in Multan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on and securing Front-end and Back-end development projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.You’ll be helping us generate business for services such as: Front-end development (React, Vue, HTML/CSS, etc.)Back-end development (Node.js, Laravel, PHP, Python, etc.)Full-stack custom software solutions Key Responsibilities: Daily bidding on Upwork for programming projectsCrafting compelling proposals customized to client requirements, Coordinating with our technical team to understand offerings and deliverables Meeting monthly soft and hard targets for project acquisitionFollowing up on leads and maintaining client communication Salary & Incentives:Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000/monthPerformance-Based Bonuses:Rs. 35,000 if the monthly Upwork withdrawal reaches Rs. 350,000Rs. 45,000 if the withdrawal reaches Rs. 450,000Rs. 55,000 if the withdrawal reaches Rs. 550,000✅ Requirements:Prior experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms (preferred)Basic understanding of web development services and terminologyExcellent written English communicationGoal-oriented, responsible, and punctualWillingness to work on-site in Multan How to Apply: Send your CV and a brief cover letter to hirings@fiestaconsultants.com.
