We are hiring Up work Bidders for our IT services company in Karachi (Gulshan-E-Iqbal). This is a night shift, full-time role ideal for ambitious individuals eager to grow in freelancing and online business development.

Responsibilities:

• Find & bid on relevant projects on Up work
• Write customised proposals to win clients
• Communicate with clients & negotiate terms
• Track proposal performance

Requirements:

• Strong English verbal & written communication skills
• Familiarity with Up work or freelancing platforms
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Experience in Upwork bidding/sales (preferred)
• Education: Intermediate or above
