Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by writing effective proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships through the Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects and job postings on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Write customized, persuasive, and grammatically sound proposals to win projects.
• Communicate professionally with international clients via Upwork messages or calls.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate project estimates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve proposal success strategies.
• Track, manage, and report bidding activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Finance projects (depending on company focus).
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
