Upwork Bidder (NIGHT SHIFT)

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder who can manage the complete bidding process and secure international clients. The candidate must have strong communication skills and expertise in proposal writing and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, customized proposals for Upwork projects
• Search and identify suitable jobs daily
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Coordinate with the sales and project team
• Maintain records of bids and responses
• Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of IT services (web development, design, digital marketing)
• Ability to understand client requirements and write accurate proposals
• Ability to work independently

Work Location: In person
