Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000 per month + 5–7% commission

Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Weekend Policy: Alternate Saturdays off (one week off, one week on)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing and submitting proposals on Upwork for web design and web development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork.
• Identify and bid on relevant web design and development projects.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with the project and development teams to understand client requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of web design and web development services.
• Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
