Job Title: Ecommerce Business Development Executive

Location: Building 68-B Progency Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi — On-site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Blu Sky BPO is a US-based Virtual Assistant agency with its back office in Pakistan. We specialize in providing professional Ecommerce, Customer Support, and Business Development services to clients across the US and Canada. As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Ecommerce Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential ecommerce clients and business opportunities through research, prospecting, and outbound communication.

Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with leads via calls, emails, and messages to understand their business needs and propose tailored ecommerce solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Market Research: Stay updated on ecommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify new growth avenues.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, and account management) to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data, track progress, and report performance insights to the management team.

What You Bring

Experience: 1–2+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Ecommerce background is a plus).

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive presentation ability.

Ecommerce Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is a strong advantage.

Goal-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized and professional.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience) + Commissions.
