We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Upwork Bidding Executive-US Market to join our dynamic sales team supporting the U.S. IT staffing and consulting market . This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in IT sales, staffing, or SaaS , who are confident in managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing .

This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours , focused on engaging commercial clients through outbound outreach, proposal platforms (e.g., Upwork , LinkedIn , Freelancer ), and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Upwork profiles, writing proposals, communicating with international clients (especially from the US market), and generating business through online platforms.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Upwork bidding or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required).
  • Good understanding of IT services, Software development and Software Implmentation, and mobile app development , or digital marketing projects.
  • Ability to identify project opportunities and pitch effectively.
  • Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with US market trends and client expectations.
  • Familiarity with Upwork profile optimization, proposal submission, and winning project strategies
  • Experience selling IT consulting services (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Epic, Infor, AWS, Microsoft platforms ) is PLUS.
  • Prior experience with U.S., UK, or Australian client markets
  • Knowledge of email domain warming, email reputation management , and digital outreach best practices
  • Exposure to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for enhancing proposal quality and outreach personalization
