Upwork Bidding Expert

DH Solutions is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidding Expert to join our Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the dynamics of freelancing platforms and knows how to convert opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling proposals for Upwork projects in Software Development, AI/ML, Data Science, and Web/App Development.
• Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects to secure clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align proposals with client requirements.
• Manage communication with potential clients until the project is closed.
• Track performance of bids and continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.
• Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, Data Science, SaaS, etc.).
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
