We are expanding our business development team and looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder to help us acquire global clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder with a strong background in handling international clients and winning projects on freelance platforms, especially Upwork. The ideal candidate should be confident in writing proposals, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write compelling, customized proposals to attract international clients
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements clearly
• Maintain a strong conversion rate from proposal to project acquisition
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical/design) for project understanding
• Track, follow up, and manage ongoing leads and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role
• Proven experience handling international clients/projects
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform and bidding strategies
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals
• Basic understanding of IT services (web/app development, design, etc.) is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Location: Etihad town, Lahore

Working shift: 7 PM to 4 AM (Mon - Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
