Upwork & Freelance Bidding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Upwork & Freelance Bidding Specialist who can generate leads and secure projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Bark and different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and Bark
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Handle daily bidding and client communication
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into projects
• Maintain and optimize profiles for better ranking
• Follow up with potential clients
• Coordinate with internal team for project understanding
• Knowledge of whatsapp, email, text message marketing

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Upwork / Fiverr / Bark bidding
• Strong proposal writing & communication skills
• Understanding of digital services (web, marketing, design, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple bids daily
• Basic knowledge of sales & client handling

Preferred:

• Existing profile with good track record / reviews
• Experience closing international clients
• Knowledge of pricing strategies & deal closing

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
