We're hiring the brain, the engine, and the growth driver behind our entire Upwork sales channel.

This role is for someone who understands Upwork better than Upwork itself — someone who knows the algorithm, knows how to scale profiles, builds predictable systems, leads a bidding team, and ensures consistent month-over-month revenue growth .


If you're someone who:

  • Knows how the Upwork algorithm works
  • Understands profile optimization, keyword ranking, and visibility strategies
  • Can build and scale multiple profiles (Pakistani + US profiles)
  • Has handled large accounts with $500K+ earnings
  • Knows how to turn proposals into replies → calls → signed deals
  • Can lead a team of bidders, train them, and maintain performance discipline
  • Loves systems, metrics, experiments, and continuous improvement
  • Wants to become a core part of our leadership team
  • Is a hustler, closer, strategist, and relentless learner

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)


🔹 1. Daily Operations & Team Leadership
  • Lead daily review calls with bidders
  • Assign jobs, review proposals & ensure quality
  • Track connects usage and optimize cost
  • Ensure all invites & messages are handled promptly
  • Monitor KPIs: proposals sent, reply rate, seen rate, conversion rate
  • Ensure contracts close with 5-star ratings


🔹 2. Strategic Growth & Profile Optimization
  • Maintain and improve profile ranking & keyword optimization
  • Conduct weekly metrics analysis and suggest improvements
  • Manage & scale multiple Upwork profiles (Pakistani + US)
  • Build and maintain the Upwork Hub (SOPs, templates, case studies)
  • Diversify service categories and run growth experiments


🔹 3. Hands-On Bidding
  • Own one premium Upwork profile
  • Write high-converting proposals
  • Take qualification calls when needed
  • Close high-ticket Shopify clients
  • Work directly with the founder on growth strategy


🔹 4. Monthly & Quarterly Responsibilities
  • Review tracking sheets daily
  • Submit weekly performance summaries
  • Prepare monthly commission calculations
  • Identify recurring issues, trends & opportunities
  • Lead monthly strategy reviews backed by data


🔹 5. System Building & Team Development
  • Train bidders on writing, communication, and strategy
  • Conduct weekly proposal quality audits
  • Build continuous improvement frameworks
  • Maintain a culture of accountability and measurable results

Compensation

💰 Base Salary + High Commissions

🌟 Realistic earning potential: 150,000+ PKR/month
