Upwork International Sales Manager

Nexion Corp is looking for an experienced and expert Upwork International Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full Time (On-site)

Timings: Mon – Fri | 9PM to 6AM

Location: DHA, Phase 5, Karachi

Salary: Market Competitive

Responsibilities

• Actively bid and engage in prospecting and client generation activities using Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and other platforms to identify potential clients and projects.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, objectives, and KPIs set by the management team, providing regular updates and reports on sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 1 year experience in sales on Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer
• Knowledge of design, development, and marketing services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
