Job Overview

We are looking for an Upwork Specialist with strong expertise in international B2B sales and lead generation through Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Upwork accounts, creating winning proposals, and closing deals for web app, mobile app, and custom software development services. This role requires ownership, consistency, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Upwork profiles, ensuring consistent brand visibility and high response rates.
  • Identify, bid, and convert high-value projects related to Web & Mobile App Development, SaaS, and Custom Software Development.
  • Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Strategically generate, nurture, and convert leads from Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to prepare project scopes, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to potential clients and address queries effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve Upwork performance and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions and long-term client relationships.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in Upwork B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of Web App, Mobile App, and Custom Software Development services.
  • Proven record of successful bidding, client handling, and deal closures on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, client conversion, and Upwork algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities on the platform.
