Upwork/Fiver bidder

We are looking for a motivated Upwork / Fiverr Bidder who will be responsible for generating business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding, client communication, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Write customized proposals and submit bids to potential clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements.
• Convert leads into successful projects and long-term clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project requirements are understood.
• Track bidding activity and maintain reports of proposals and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years experience in Upwork / Fiverr bidding.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Understanding of freelance platforms and proposal writing.
• Ability to identify client requirements and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of IT / Digital services is a plus.
• Ability to work in US time zone (if required).

Compensation
