URGENT HIRING - Admin After Sales

Lahore, Pakistan

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin – After Sales Support professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and the service department after the sale has been completed. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all post-sale processes are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer queries and complaints promptly after the sale.
  • Coordinate with service, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of after-sales activities, service requests, and warranty claims.
  • Track and follow up on pending customer issues until closure.
  • Prepare and update reports related to after-sales performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.
  • Ensure all documentation related to sales, deliveries, and service is properly filed and accessible.
  • Support the sales and admin departments with data entry, invoicing, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in administrative or after-sales/customer support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
