Hope Enterprises is hiring a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations in Lahore. The role involves assisting the sales team, managing client communication, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance for seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and performance dashboards.
• Handle emails, inquiries, and customer communication.

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
