Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month + Commission (in PKR)

Job Description

Delta Gulf Overseas LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our team for the Oman Campaign. This is a night shift position ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales. You'll be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and supporting overall sales efforts to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (primarily in the US market).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Intermediate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent English speaking skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
  • A self-driven, sales-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.
