Urgent Hiring For Freight Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective transportation of freight.
• Freight Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure competitive pricing for shipping services while meeting customer needs.
• Load Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of freight pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor and track shipments, keeping customers updated on the status of their goods.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve any issues that arise during transit, including delays, damages, or disputes, in a professional and timely manner.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records for all transactions, including contracts, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the logistics and freight industries, including changes in regulations, new carriers, and cost fluctuations.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients and growing the existing customer base.
• Experience: Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation is preferred, but not required.

Pay: ₹20,475.85 - ₹40,511.41 per month
