The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sourcing, quotations, and customer coordination efficiently.

Identify and source automotive parts based on client or technician requests.
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and manage parts inventory records.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

1–2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Coordinator, or similar automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and catalog systems.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online supplier tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
