Rank Arrow is hiring confident and fluent English speakers for a full-time USA Cold Calling & Sales Executive role. This position involves handling outbound calls for our US-based marketing campaigns and converting leads into potential clients.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a professional attitude who can represent our agency effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
• Introduce and explain marketing services professionally
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Excellent and fluent spoken English (mandatory)
• Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Basic understanding of sales or customer service
• Fast learner with positive attitude
