Job Description
Eritheia Labs is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive who understands the fundamentals of business development and has hands-on experience with Upwork, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cold Emails, add other Freelancing Platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, and proposal management while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects on and other freelancing platforms

Write effective, customized proposals aligned with client requirements

Communicate with potential clients and follow up on leads

Maintain and update client and lead records

Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and project scopes

Support senior BD team members in closing deals

Analyze job postings and market trends on Upwork
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development
Strong understanding of Upwork bidding, profile optimization, and proposal strategies
Familiarity with other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
Basic knowledge of IT services / software development domain.
