Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline for Paypeople’s HR software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals

Conduct initial meetings and product introductions with potential clients

Understand client HR and payroll needs and propose suitable Paypeople solutions

Coordinate with the sales and implementation teams for demos and proposals

Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities and pipeline data

Follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward closure

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic presentations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably SaaS / IT / B2B)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in client interaction and presentations

Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
