US & CANADA TRAVEL SALE AGENT

We are a US-based travel agency specializing in Umrah, Hajj, holiday packages, and international flight bookings. With a growing client base, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team and help expand our customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, Hajj & Umrah services, flights, and holiday deals.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent service.
• Maintain knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel sales / call center / ticketing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle objections.
• Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office, GDS knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
