We are looking for a confident and experienced cold caller who can connect with business owners, start conversations, and book qualified appointments for our team.

This is a remote role with fixed EST hours and strong earning potential for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local business owners across the United States
• Start conversations and introduce our lead generation system
• Qualify prospects and identify companies interested in getting more jobs
• Book appointments for our strategy calls
• Update call notes and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and contractors
• Strong English communication skills (clear American accent preferred)
• Confident, friendly, and persistent on calls
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations natural
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment

Bonus if you have experience with:

• B2B sales
• Calling contractors or home service businesses
• CRM tools and dialers

Compensation

• Competitive base pay + per closed customer
