US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens) to Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Tier-1 Vendors.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with consultants through regular follow-ups.
• Work with US job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn for candidate marketing.
• Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients.
• Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate placements.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendors, and client requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (training provided).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US Night Shift (EST/PST timings).

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates (B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Com, Any Degree).
• No prior experience required – Training will be provided.
• Must have strong communication skills and willingness to work night shifts.
