Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals across the US market, leveraging sourcing strategies, technical screening, and relationship-building to deliver top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, and DevOps professionals
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, iCIMS)
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, including visa requirements (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.)
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Stay updated on tech trends, market shifts, and competitive hiring practices
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in US IT recruitment (minimum [insert years])
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT terminologies
• Proficiency in Boolean search, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of US work authorization types and employment regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US staffing agencies or consulting firms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
