Job Title- US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract IT professionals through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals for US-based positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate compensation, and manage offer processes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors.
- Stay informed about US recruitment trends, immigration/work authorization (H1B, OPT, CPT), and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
