We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our recruitment team as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in US staffing and recruitment. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with senior recruiters to support the end-to-end hiring process for both technology and non-technology roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements provided by senior recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
  • Assist in offer coordination and onboarding documentation.
  • Learn and follow US recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR are welcome.
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Willingness to learn US staffing concepts and recruitment tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.
  • Basic understanding of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools (Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive learning attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
