Job Title: US IT RECRUITER

Experience: 1-2 years

Night Shift timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Responsibilities:

1 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruiter (USA Staffing)

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients/Vendors/Implementations Partners in the US.

Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers and submit right internal and/or external consultants for the right positions.

Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

Procure people for different IT Requirements

Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

Personally, conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and consulting firms. Work closely with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and staffing needs.
