Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter

Location: [ Onsite Day1- Begumpet , Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to support our US-based hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and hiring IT and technical talent for clients across the USA. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from software development, cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and other technology positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT and technical roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team culture.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary technical and behavioral interviews.

  • Schedule interviews with clients and gather feedback for selection decisions.

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for selected candidates.

  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and client-specific hiring policies.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.

  • 2 5 years of experience in technical recruitment for US markets.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, QA, and full-stack developers.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level technical positions in US clients.

  • Familiarity with remote hiring processes, time-zone coordination, and cultural fit assessments.
