US Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing US payroll across multiple cycles, ensuring full compliance with US taxation and labor laws, and coordinating closely with both the US HR team and the Pakistan HR department to resolve employee payroll-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process US payroll accurately and timely (weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles).
  • Ensure US and international payroll tax compliance, including federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Calculate commissions, incentives, and bonuses under various compensation plans.
  • Design and evaluate new pay plans and assess their financial impact.
  • Perform financial modeling and prepare commission and compensation reports.
  • Conduct financial reporting and payroll analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Link commission structures to operational and sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably handling US payroll in a US-based company.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment regulations, taxation, and labor laws.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple pay cycles (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
  • Understanding of US and international payroll tax compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR/payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
