US Payroll Supervisor

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with payroll software, QuickBooks, taxes, and other accounting activities. This role involves providing superior and responsive professional services to our clients, utilizing multiple cloud-based software for payroll, tax, and accounting purposes. The candidate must be able to work directly with US clients through phone, text, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and file 1099 and W2 forms

· Manage payroll processes and related accounting activities

· Utilize QuickBooks for payroll and accounting tasks

· Provide responsive and professional services to clients

· Use multiple cloud-based software for payroll, tax, and accounting functions

· Communicate effectively with US clients via phone, text, and email

· Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

· Work on and resolve State and Federal tax notices

Requirements & Qualifications:

· ACCA, CA partially qualified, or equivalent

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· 4+ years of experience in relevant field.

· High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Excel

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Experience with QuickBooks

· Experience with US payroll processes

· 1+ year of experience in a supervisor position

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
