Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our fast-paced and results-driven team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales abilities, experience in high-volume recruitment, and the capability to contribute immediately to hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple US-based roles.
• Source and engage potential candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Utilize sales and persuasion skills to attract and place top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Meet hiring targets and manage deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Keep accurate records of candidate information and maintain recruitment pipeline reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (agency or corporate environment).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring successfully.
• Background in sales or business development with strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and available for an immediate start.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
