We are looking for a driven and strategic Sourcing Lead based in India to lead a team of offshore sourcers supporting our U.S. IT recruiting operations. This is a lead role for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, understands the U.S. IT talent market, and is passionate about developing sourcing strategies and delivering great candidate pipelines.
What You’ll Do:
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
- Source and screen top IT talent for U.S.-based roles direct hire roles
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies.
- Deliver qualified, interested, and available candidates to recruiters within 24–48 hours.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 offshore sourcers.
- Prioritize requisitions based on urgency and fill probability.
- Review sourcing strategies and ensure consistency in execution.
Performance Management
- Track team metrics (screens, submittals, response rates, interview ratios).
- Prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards.
- Continuously improve processes and ensure SLA adherence.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively on progress, challenges, and wins.
- Contribute to strategy calls and recruitment planning meetings.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of sourcing experience in U.S. IT recruitment.
- 1–2+ years in a team lead, senior sourcer, or mentoring role.
- Deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
- Track record of delivering high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Strong command of English and comfort working across time zones.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent Excel or dashboard/reporting skills.
Success Metrics:
- Submittals per sourcer per week: 10–15
- Time to submit: < 48 hours from requisition assignment
- Passive outreach response rate: 15-20%+
