Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated females to join our USA and UK Calling Campaign. This role involves engaging with clients through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a friendly disposition, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and UK, introducing our services and offerings.
• Utilise effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client information and track call outcomes.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products or services.
• Demonstrate strong analysis skills to assess client responses and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve calling strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly over the phone.
• Basic data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
