USA Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a motivated and experienced USA Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight operations, coordinating with drivers and brokers, and ensuring timely and profitable load deliveries across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Book and negotiate loads with brokers and shippers
• Dispatch drivers and monitor daily operations
• Plan efficient routes and reduce empty miles
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout trips
• Handle rate confirmations, invoices, and paperwork
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Solve transportation issues and provide driver support
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in truck dispatching or logistics preferred
• Knowledge of USA freight market and load boards
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple loads
• Familiarity with dispatch software and transportation systems
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
