What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Book test drives & appointments
• Qualify leads + pass hot ones to sales
• Smash daily/weekly call & conversion targets

KPIs that matter:

• 80–100 calls/day
• 25–30% lead-to-appointment rate
• 70% appointment show-up rate

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Required)
